Digital service notice
Docnova is a software service and does not ship physical goods. Returns therefore apply to subscription charges and service commitments rather than physical product delivery.
Cancellations
You may cancel a self-serve subscription before the next renewal date to stop future charges. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for charges already billed unless required by law or stated in a written commercial agreement.
Refund requests
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact [email protected] with the account name, invoice number, billing email, and a short explanation of the issue.
Enterprise agreements
Enterprise billing, service credits, and any negotiated refund or termination rights are governed by the applicable order form, master agreement, or invoice terms.
