Customer content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create in the platform. You grant Docnova the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content in order to provide the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, abuse shared infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data.

Intellectual property

Docnova and related branding, software, and materials remain the property of Docnova and its licensors, except for customer content.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided subject to the warranties and limitations described in your final commercial terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, or unlawful use. You may stop using the service at any time subject to the terms of your billing commitment.
